Selected for the 3rd Tagawa Art Biennale "Eiten

Selected for the 3rd Tagawa Art Biennial "English Exhibition".
The title is "Light and Dark of Digital Society. "
"The digital world has become familiar to us. Deep within it, someone is looking at you. Its eyes are watching your choices."


The digital industry may become more active in the future and enrich our daily lives. But we must be careful to determine whether all of this is the right thing to do.
Take, for example, smartphone addiction. The brain feels pleasure when it acquires new knowledge. It wants to get more and more information. If children under 10 years old become dependent, their brains will not be fully developed and they will have difficulty in controlling their emotions and inspiration, as was recently broadcast on TV.

On the other hand, "Avatar: The Way of Water" was really wonderful. It was mostly CG, but the detailed coloring expressed the beautiful world without any sense of discomfort. It is hard to imagine how much time the people who created the film spent working with CG.

I believe that digital is only a tool, and it is not healthy for the users to be used or controlled. I believe it is the responsibility of the user to be aware of moderate use.


I did not write a lengthy explanation on ......, but I am happy that my work was recognized as an Honorable Mention. I wish to make a living by painting. I will continue to deal with my paintings and the sensitivities that arise from within me.

Thankfully, I was ranked 7th in the ranking by visitors' votes!
I was very surprised at this ranking out of 44 selected works, and I had not notified any of my friends and acquaintances. I am very happy that the most common comment was "beautiful colors," as that is the part of my painting that takes the most nerve and care. It gave me a little more confidence and made me want to walk through my painting days with care again.
